Carmen has been a phenomenal physiotherapist over the past 3–4 months. I am a passionate triathlete and had reached a point where I couldn’t run without pain. It was frustrating not having answers about my injury and facing the reality of cancelling my upcoming races at the time.

On the recommendation of sports and running physicians, I went to see Carmen, and from the very first consultation I knew I was on the right track. She was kind, understanding, and incredibly thorough. My injury involved my knee, calf, and ITB, but instead of simply treating the symptoms, Carmen guided me through weekly sessions and a tailored rehab program. This not only resolved the injury but also strengthened my back, hips, glutes, and legs. She checks in regularly and is really easy to talk to.

Thanks to her, I am now fully recovered and running the same distances as before, with less fatigue and improved mechanics. What could have been a discouraging journey turned into something realistic, sustainable, and even enjoyable. Best of all, I’m pain-free with no lingering niggles.

My "injury" was thoroughly assessed by Carmen. She teated me and gave me exercises, following up with me to find out how I was doing, and adjusting the treatment and exercises accoring to my need. An excellent practise, highly recommended.
