5/5. I have incredible respect for treating providers that keep appointment times. Carmen is punctual. She takes her time. And she is very intentional.

I had about 8 sessions of Physio with Carmen for sciatica and a torn meniscus knee injury. She spent time understanding exactly what the problem was and in fact accurately diagnosed my condition before the doctor at the Sports Science Medicine clinic had confirmed my condition after two MRI scans. My situation improved considerably after following Carmen's exercise program and physio. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in need of physio treatment.

Really great experience. A lot of focus on unpacking the real issue at hand with great balance of work on your immediate pain points and also exercises for you to do in-between sessions to help the recovery process.
