I went to see Carmen with a very sore neck (I was 36 weeks pregnant) and she was amazing at fixing it in the first session, and giving me the right exercises after to assist going forward. So lovely being able to book online as well.

Carmen helped me a lot with an issue I had with my ankle for the past 3 months. She is really professional, will listen to you and adapt to your wills. She will often lay out a few options so you always have a choice.
It worked really well for me as after a few weeks of treatment and exercise I don’t feel pain anymore and I am back to running ! I just wish I had started the treatment earlier on instead of waiting three months and hoping it would heal by itself!
