I never leave reviews, but I really wanted to for Carmen. After close to two years of dealing with pain, I finally feel like I’m coming out the other side, and a huge part of that has been the work we’ve done together over the past 10 months. She’s incredibly patient, encouraging, and always gave me exercises that felt targeted and built on what we’d been working on. It’s been so nice to actually feel progress after struggling with this for so long. I’m really grateful for all her help and would happily recommend her.
